The year is coming to an end. What an amazing year πŸŽ‡ it has been!

Despite the setbacks in the last 2-3 years this year was much more awesome and happening. Interviewed so many startup founders and entrepreneurs launched my course on public speaking, wrote and published my first ever πŸ“” book - Build, Don’t Talk which became a #1 bestseller within no time, launched my new startup and so much more…

Failed at lots of things but learned a hell lot from them.

Here are some of my top learnings from the year 2022:

πŸ‘‰ Never stop learning. Even when you think you have reached the top and achieved all your goals. You should always keep learning. Have an ability to unlearn old things and relearn new ones.

πŸ‘‰ At the beginning when you don’t have a lot of money or capital, invest in yourself - your ambitions, goals, dreams, aspirations, and skills. The best investment is when you invest in your own self.

πŸ‘‰ Either you can wake up every day and blame people around you, complain about the environment around you, and cry about how bad your life is. Or you can get up, use this as a motivation and change your life. The choice is yours!

πŸ‘‰ Never compromise your health. Today hustling hard has become cool but remember to keep your health the first priority. If you are healthy only then can you deliver and perform to your max capabilities.

πŸ‘‰ Turn all taunts into motivation. Unfortunately, I come from a family of toppers. Both of my sisters are toppers. My parents and relatives used to joke that my sisters would become doctors and engineers, while I would become a peon. Rather than arguing and feeling low, use this motivation to drive you forward.

πŸ‘‰ Before you build your product, build your brand. I leveraged the power of personal branding and took my first business to the next level. Having a personal brand helps increase trust and builds credibility. Today having a strong personal brand has become more important than ever.

πŸ‘‰ When you don’t have the capability to find the right people. You don’t find them. Instead, you build them. People who are ready to learn, who are coachable and trainable, and hungry to grow.

πŸ‘‰ Find something that you like and find success in it or just find something you’re good at and fall in love with it. In my case, it was the second option. I fell in love with things I was good at like speaking, storytelling, and sales.

πŸ‘‰ You can differentiate yourselves in this competitive world by going where nobody is going. Do the unconventional. That’s where you find what nobody else finds.

πŸ‘‰ There are 3 major elements to becoming a content creator:

  1. Consistency

  2. Data

  3. Likeability towards your audience

I built an audience of more than a million followers using this formula.

And believe me, you can too!
